Studio Policies

Here you will find a list of our policies. Some exceptions can be made in special instances but for accounting reason, we need to strictly adhere to these guidelines.

Psalmsinger Guitar Instruction operates in a 2 semester system. At the beginning of each semester and we require post-dated checks for the entire semester. We also have our students/parents sign a contract regarding policies.

The semesters are 5 months each and run accordingly:

Sept-Jan
Feb-June

We have post-dated check schedules as to what is owing per month depending on the day of your lesson. There will be no lessons on statutory holidays.

If for any reason a situation comes up that you need us to hold your check for a few days we will be more than happy to accommodate your request.

If you decide to stop lessons, we request that you give us one month's notice and will be happy to shred or return your unused checks.

In the past we have made every effort to make up missed lessons, but due to our current student load we find it difficult to continue that practice.
