We Need to Grow

^"Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming."  (Ephesians 4:14)

Then is the operative word.  When the body is being equipped, THEN, and not until, will we move toward maturity.  It is when we have been moved upon by God's spirit as a result if the maturity that comes through the equipping of the saints that we are not blown around by winds of doctrine and cunning schemes.  Maturity results in many things, not the least of which is unity. There is an essential completeness that occurs which is the result of the people who are in relationship with one another, being equipped and growing together.  Then we may come to a place where we live out the design of God for our lives through His empowering presence.  This is the will of God for all Christians.
